These terms apply to your use of formation.club, our marketing site and early-access waitlist. Use of the Formation application itself is covered by a separate agreement provided when your club is onboarded.

The site

This site is provided for informational purposes on an "as is" basis. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted. Product details described here are subject to change before launch.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist expresses interest in Formation — it is not a purchase, a contract, or a guarantee of access, timing, pricing, or specific features. We'll reach out as early access becomes available. Please submit your own email address, and don't use the form to send unsolicited, automated, or abusive traffic.

Intellectual property

The Formation name, logo, and the content of this site are our property. Please don't reproduce or reuse them without permission.
