This page covers formation.club, our marketing site and early-access waitlist. The Formation application (used by clubs, coaches, and families) is governed by a separate agreement provided when your club is onboarded.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist, we store:

• The email address you enter.
• The date and time you submitted, and asource label noting which form you used (so we know how you found us).
• Your browser's user-agent string, kept briefly to help us catch spam and abuse.

We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers on this site.

Why we collect it

We use your email for one purpose: to contact you about early access to Formation. We'll email you when we can bring your club in, and occasionally with related launch updates. We don't sell or rent your information.

Where it's stored

Waitlist entries are stored in Microsoft Azure (Table Storage) within our own cloud tenant. Our site and this data are hosted on Microsoft Azure. We don't share the list with third parties beyond the infrastructure needed to run the service.

Your choices

You can ask us to remove your email from the waitlist at any time, or request a copy of what we hold, by emailinghello@formation.club. We'll take care of it.

Children

This marketing site is intended for adults — coaches, club administrators, and parents or guardians — and is not directed at children. Within the Formation application, a minor cannot join without a guardian's approval; consent is part of the invitation flow.
